Welcome to the Rusty Billings State Farm Agent office! Since opening in 2008, I have proudly served Homer, Louisiana, and neighboring communities, including our Good Neighbors in Claiborne, Webster, and Lincoln parishes. With 23 years of experience at State Farm, my team and I are dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most with personalized insurance options and exceptional care.

We offer a variety of insurance products, including Auto Insurance to protect your car, Life Insurance to support your loved ones’ future, and Business Insurance to help entrepreneurs and business owners. Our services also include Motorcycle Insurance for your adventures, Renters and Condo Insurance for your property, and Farm and Ranch Insurance to meet agricultural needs. Licensed in Louisiana, Arkansas, and Texas, we are equipped to assist a wide range of customers.

I graduated from Northwestern State University with a degree in Business and am deeply involved in the community. I am a member of the Lions Club and Chamber of Commerce and actively support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. My dedication has been recognized with honors such as the State Farm Chairman Circle, SVP Club, Honor Club, and Ambassador Club awards.

Outside the office, I enjoy golf, fishing, skiing, and traveling. I am happily married to my wife of 26 years, and we have beautiful twin daughters and two loving Golden Doodles, Stella and Ginger. My family and I cherish the time we spend together and the joy our pets bring to our lives.
